As Ben Horne’s mental stability declines, he recruits Bobby Briggs in his campaign to bring down Hank Jennings and Jean Renault, and then decides to re-enact the American Civil War in his office. Forced to stay in Twin Peaks for his inquiry, Agent Cooper looks at real estate, learns from Mayor Milford that Major Briggs was investigating transmissions emanating from the woods, and then finds cocaine at Dead Dog Farms. Deputy Andy Brennan and Dick Tremayne confront Little Nicky's troubled past, and Dick suspects the boy of trying to kill him. James Hurley becomes the object of Mrs. Evelyn Marsh’s desires. Dougie Milford dies on his honeymoon in unusual circumstances. Audrey Horne produces some photographs that may help Agent Cooper. Hank Jennings discovers his wife Norma locked in an embrace with Big Ed. Transvestite DEA Agent Dennis Bryson and Agent Cooper ask Ernie Niles to help bring Jean to justice. Major Briggs returns…
